What are your office hours?
Our office hours are from 8am to 6pm EST. Monday to Friday. You may also reach us by email in the evenings.
What do you charge for exactly?
As a Virtual Assistant, we charge a fee for the services we offer. Our rates are based on the complexity of the project, and the Package Plan chosen. From the moment your Agreement is signed, you know exactly how much it will cost you to retain our services, and how many hours are at your disposal.
I would like to work with you on my next project. Can you explain what are the procedures?
After our first meeting we will forward to your attention the following:
- A Work and Confidentiality Agreement.
- Sign the documents and return them to our attention by email attachment or by fax.
- Your first invoice.
- Payment may be done by PayPal or Interact Email Money transfer.
How do I send my projects to your attention?
Customers can submit their projects via phone, email, fax, FTP, regular mail or by courier.
What are some of the benefits of hiring a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

How can I trust that my personal information will remain secure?
As a Business Owner and Virtual Assistant, under no circumstances do we share information about our clients with third parties. Period. Your privacy is important to us. We will never share, sell, rent or trade your information to others. You can rest assured that your sensitive information or material will be treated with the utmost integrity and respect.
