You read the content on the right hand side of the picture, and then realized – Where’s the sidebar?  Well, there’s a reason here why I created this page as a full width page.  I want your attention!  Your full attention, nothing else!  “Eye candy” flickering away somewhere on my page is not going to make it.  The word is the message.   

So, are you serious?  Do you really want to make a change in your business, or are you just surfing the web?  Again, this is your choice.  My website and business will be here for a long time.  Now, if you are ready, and really want to work, and work some more, and I would even dare say, weekends…Let’s go for the fine prints, and see what “realities” both of us can create.

How can I contact you?

You may reach me by phone from Monday to Friday at : 1.450.304.2820 between 11 am & 3pm EST.  I kindly ask you to take this into consideration, as I work on a  ‘one on one basis” with all my customers, thus my time is restricted.  If you would rather send an email, you can do so by following this link to my Contact page.

What are your office hours?

I am available at the following times, except weekends and holidays.

  • Monday to Thursday – 9am to 5pm EST
  • Friday – 10am to 4pm EST

Are you available after business hours?

No, I am not.

With this said, I do take into consideration the location and time difference of my customers, and I am always available at their time difference.

Procedures & Rates

How much will my project cost?

  • My rates are based on the package chosen, combined with any additional work that may be added at your request.
  • If any additional charges are incurred after you have signed your Agreement, I will contact you for your written approval (email).
  • From the moment your Agreement is signed, you will know exactly how much it will cost you to retain my services, what type of work will be executed, and how many hours are at your disposal (Monthly Retainer).

Retainer

What is a Retainer?

A Retainer is a pre-determined amount of time that is paid in advance and set aside for your project (s).  A Retainer permits you to budget ahead of time and is tailored to fit your needs and time requirement.

Retainer Agreement

At Virtual Managing Associates, the Rates and Terms are based on a Retainer – Flat Fee System.  I have worked with such a system since 2007, and have found it to be both beneficial for my customers and for myself, as a Virtual Specialist.

Also, as much as I have tried to cover all the needs of my future customers by creating different packages, I also understand that you may only need a “Partial Package”.  Do not hesitate to mention this when you contact me, and together we will create Retainer tailored specialy to your needs.

What are the benefices?

  • Availability:  My time is reserved in advance for your projects.
  • Budget:  If you are working with a monthly based package, you will know exactly how much your Retainer will cost you on the 1st of every month.

Since I offer superior personalized support for each of my customers, a Retainer fee is important for time-management purposes.  In this way, I am able to identify the potential customers that have made a commitment to their projects as well as our working relationship.

How are the hours calculated in a Retainer?

  • Monthly based packages – If you are working with a monthly based package, your Retainer is calculated form the 1st of the month to the last day of the month.
  • One time project/package – Your Retainer covers the full price of the package, combined with any additional work that was added at your request.

Will I lose unused hours?

One time project/package – Each package has been calculated with an average amount of hours to execute your project.  By experience, I have seen projects/packages easily go over the amount of time expected, because of additional request made by my customers.

Monthly based packages – If there are any unused hours, these hours will be rolled over to the following month/Retainer.  With this said, if there were extra projects added to the monthly package, the time used will be deducted from the following monthly retainer.

When will my Monthly Retainer be renewed?

Your monthly Retainer is renewed on the 1st of every month.

What forms of payment do I accept, and how do I invoice?

  • Payments are made through PayPal or by Interact Email Money transfer (Canadian customers).
  • On the first of every month, I will send you an invoice through PayPal with a PDF copy of your invoice by email.

Projects

How do I send my projects to your attention?

All projects are submitted via email.

How long will it take my project to be ready?

WordPress Website – Depending on the package you choose and on an average, a WordPress website should not take more than 30 days.

Delays will be incurred only by the fact that you (the customer) not providing the information that I require to develop your project as per your guidelines.  Missing information re: pictures, content, unanswered emails requiring information etc.

Social Media – With all the necessary information on hand, your project should not take more than 2 weeks.

Email Marketing – Depending if there is an Ezine Template to create, your project should not take more than 1 week.

How can I get an idea of what to expect?

How can I trust that my personal information will remain secure?

As a Business Owner and Virtual Business Support Specialist, under no circumstances do I share information about my customers with third parties.  Your privacy is very important to me.  I will never share, sell, rent or trade your information to others.  You can be rest assured that your sensitive information or materials will be treated with the utmost integrity and respect.
